Vibration analysis is a technique used to identify and predict mechanical anomalies in industrial machinery, by measuring vibration and determining the associated frequencies. This vibration is recorded with an accelerometer and the data is processed with a spectrum analyzer. Applying this technique in predictive maintenance significantly improves efficiency and reliability in industrial machinery. We have extensive practical experience in vibration analysis and troubleshooting.
In-place balancing is the process of balancing the rotor in its own bearings and brackets and the supporting structure, in the assembled condition. Our specialized on-site balancing service enables precise balancing of fan blades in the factory without the need to remove them. Accurate results are achieved within the required tolerances within short periods of time.
Laser shaft alignment is a method of achieving shaft co-linearity - horizontal and vertical straightness using a laser beam. Achieving shaft alignment is a perennial task in machinery maintenance: about half of all machinery fails due to some degree of misalignment and requires connecting shafts to be inspected and realigned.
We perform loop calibration of the vibration monitoring system. It is a collection of tools grouped and edited together. The input and output of the entire group determine the pass or fail status of the calibration. This means that, if there is a fault in one instrument, it will lead to a domino effect of errors on all other instruments that are part of the loop.
Since we have extensive experience in this field, we are able to analyze our customers' goals and propose suitable solutions for their surveillance and protection requirements without being too strict about specifications. There are many off-the-shelf solutions on the market, but there is no one-size-fits-all solution.
We are ACTA certified adolescent educators and coaches who can provide competency-based training and assessment. More importantly, our instructors are experts in fields related to vibration instrumentation and monitoring.
We have helped our customers set up their Predictive Maintenance Program with the full scope of work including identifying equipment, their failure modes, technology used, sensor installation, Set up database, set alarm alarm level and train.
Using the latest technology from our partner (Fluke), we can “see” leaks and pinpoint spots. Advanced software allows us to estimate leaks and calculate losses.
